  1. Requests always openWe group your requests and usually review demand every 1–2 weeks. A round only goes ahead if there is enough demand.
  2. Final offer · 24 hoursAfter confirmation, accept and pay or decline. Acceptance and full payment share the same 24-hour deadline.
  3. 3–4 weeks after paymentExpected dispatch from Switzerland. The earlier collection period is separate.

All displayed prices are estimates. You receive the final price after we consult our contact in Japan. Submitting a request does not trigger payment.

Your import request

You can send a non-binding request at any time. We group requests and usually review demand every 1–2 weeks. A round may be cancelled if demand is too low. Once Japan confirms prices and availability and we approve the round, you receive a final offer with 24 hours to accept and pay in full. Estimates include import costs and shipping from Japan to Switzerland; Swiss shipping is confirmed separately.
